How does it work
By using Time-Based Techniques and Integrations, we will move away from your problem, towards the changes you desire and into the outcomes of your choosing.
To learn more, choose from the options to the right.
Time-Line Based Techniques
Time-Based therapy allows one to access and release limiting, ongoing, reactive tendencies from the past. These have been found to hold in place dysfunctional patterns in relationships, persona, financial situations, and other areas of your life that aren't yet working. The process inherently enables participants to re-visit the first event in which they accessed a limiting reaction.
This means that together we can transform it, dissolving accompanying limiting emotions, behaviors, thoughts, patterns and more. Time techniques are structured in a very particular way, according to how the brain represents reality, making it very effective in achieving the changes you desire.
Integration
If you would, imagine for a moment a row boat and its two oars. And then of course there is the rower. So as you think about the rower holding the oars and rowing the boat, can you imagine what would be happening if one of their arms was on back to front? This would mean that one arm is pulling the boat in one direction, while the other arm is pulling it in another. Rowing and rowing but in different directions, right? Can you imagine it? The circles you would be going in?
Well, a really good parts integration can get both of your arms and their efforts, to get you going in a unified graceful direction. Can you imagine that now? When we consider all aspects of our self we call it alignment. People report benefits such as objectivity, stability, power, balance, a consolidated sense of strength, self assurance, clarity and assuredness in decision making.
